After 20 years in the wellness business I’ve learned more from experience than I have from schools & certifications
I’ve dealt with many issues over the years such as:

Over the years I’ve learned of different methods for handling or even eliminating tightness problems.

Sciatica, shin splints, carpal tunnel, chronic back pain.

It’s easier for doctors to hand out a pill or give it a name. I try to get to the root of the issue.  Is it from a previous injury, over working or under-working muscles?  Is it the position you sleep or sit in or both? Is it a muscle imbalance? Doctors have thousands of patients and don’t have time to cover all of this information so it’s easier prescribing a pill or give it a name so people have an answer in my opinion.  At Integrated Wellness we will work with you closely to get to the root of your problem and develop a program that best suits your needs.
